Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all our courses.

All prices are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change.

Courses may vary according to individual clients needs.

Course start and test dates will be arranged upon booking however tuition times will be verbally arranged between pupil and instructor.

25% of the total course fee is payable upon booking as a deposit and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the start of the course.

If any cheques are returned by the bank unpaid this will result in a £20 charge per cheque.

Test fees are non-refundable.

Learn the Art cannot be held responsible for a test cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

Changing the dates of pre-booked courses may incur an administration charge.

A valid UK provisional driving licence must be presented to the instructor at the beginning of the course.

Any motor convictions or disabilities must be declared from the outset.

Abusive, violent or offensive conduct will not be tolerated. In the event of such the course may be terminated without notice.

Learn the Art cannot be held responsible for any losses occurred due to misconduct.

In the event of a vehicle breakdown or for any other reason that the instructor is unable to rectify rearrangement of the course may be necessary.

The instructor has the right to withdraw his/her vehicle from any test if s/he feels that the pupil has not reached the required level to complete the test safely and competently. The instructor will give a full and honest explanation for his/her reasons for withdrawal.
